Sažetak
The backbone of this project was the realization of comparison measurements of the standard of length by using national standards of length. In those measurements were included following laboratories: Laboratory for Precise Length Measurements of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture &#8211 ; Zagreb (LFSB), Slovene National Laboratory for Length (LTM) and Slovene Laboratory STO &#8211 ; Ravne. The presented results indicate to LFSB that there is a possibility of reducing the level of uncertainty of measurements. In this work is a proposition of &#8220 ; new&#8221 ; uncertainty of measurements for short gauge blocks calibration.
