Sažetak
This paper deals with motivation as one of the key factors for language learning. Skills to motivate learners are crucial for language teachers. However, the lack of motivation is a persistent problem faced by many teachers. . In order to understand the general tendency of our students towards learning English we decided to draw up a questionnaire regarding their English classes. Students' responses were analyzed and some suggestions for teachers have been highlighted. Since there is no doubt that student motivation can be increased by using creative techniques, teachers need to develop programmes which maintain student interest.
