Sažetak
In this paper the drone air path development is presented as a contribution to the development of the drone's transport rules. Today's perception of drones for public is double: at the same time, it recognizes their importance and the threat they pose. Drone importance and perspectives are understandable, but threats are unacceptable. The biggest advantage of drones is also their biggest problem - great mobility. They are movable in all directions, enabling them to find their way even where they should not be. This is like the human view - the eye sees everything and sometimes what it should not. However, man can react, and it is called discretion. However, drones, especially those equipped with cameras, are not discrete by themselves and depend on the will of the drone operator. Of course, there is another problem - security in the air. We can imagine how this would look like soon, especially when the drone's flight involves the transportation of people. It is therefore necessary to find a way to make the airspace more secure, like today's air transport by aircraft. Some corridors for drones or flying areas for drones should be defined as well as the ways of determining them. Otherwise, there will be a drone paradox: demands for massive use of drones will be greater and resistance to this use will be strong.
