Sažetak
Das Lehrwerk Guten Appetit 1 wendet sich an Deutschlernende, die für gastgewerbliche Berufe Kellner, Koch und Konditor ausgebildet werden. Der Unterricht mit diesem Lehrwerk setzt Grundkenntnisse im Deutschen auf dem Niveau A1 voraus. Zum Lehrwerk gehören ein Lehrbuch, ein Lehrerhandbuch und eine Audiokassette. Das Lehrbuch besteht aus zehn Einheiten, die vorwiegend authentische Fachtexte und Gespräche im Restaurant enthalten.
