Sažetak
The effects of spur gear three-dimensionality have been investigated by means of finite element method. The variation of the fillet stress along the gear tooth face width have been examined for the chosen range of the tooth face width and gear rim thickness. Under uniform tooth load distribution, the values of tangential stress, Von Mises equvalent stress and axial stress are determined and differences in relation to usual two-dimensional approach are underlined.
