Sažetak
Perovskite/silicon tandem cells are possible candidates for high-efficient and low-cost tandems of the future. Materials, architectures, fabrication methods and upscaling are still major issues for this novel technology. In this article, the basic principles and ideas behind making a tandem solar cell are explained and discussed through advantages and disadvantages of different perovskites and silicon as possible active materials. Chronological review of upgrading perovskites properties, espe-cially regarding long-term stability and bandgap/output voltage optimization, is given. Some recent ideas for additional increasing of power conversion efficiency based on modeling of other functional layers of the cell, except just the perovskite, are presented. Furthermore, few possible models for upscaling of the perovskite/silicon tandems and efficient light management are discussed.
