Sažetak
The authors consider the gap between demand and supply in education and are proposing a hypothesis for overcoming this by using a combination of Flipped Classroom, as a teaching method, and e- learning platforms. The approach is analysed using three methods – 5W2H, Design Thinking and NAF+CC. Also, a case study is presented showing actual experiences. Two implementations of e-learning are shown and theorized on their application to best mitigate the problem at hand. The authors conclude Flipped Classroom with e-learning support is a simple, cost-effective way not only to solve that problem, but to create the environment that will most benefit the learners’ knowledge retention and applicability, but one that requires a substantial effort invested and mind-set change by all participants in the education process.
