Sažetak
Narowing choices for practising child' potentials is central in abusing child with disability rights. Natural, most stimulating surrounding for upbringing children in early childhood is the kindergarden in their closest neighbourhood. Almost 20 years of legislation which promotes the right of young children with disabilities to be included in an inclusive kindergarten in Croatia has been evaluated by applied questionary for assessing inclusivness of kindergarten. Practitioners still perceive themselves as partly uncompetent.
