Sažetak
This article focuses on the phenomena of using chatbots on the Internet in the era of today’s digitalised world in almost all spheres of human life ; from marketing, tourism, commerce, to entertainment, travelling and the hotel industry. What makes it interesting and revolutionary is the mere fact that chatbots use their artificial intelligence to track human behaviour from which they get their input, in order to shape its further performance in a certain field. Furthermore, this article tries to present how chatbots could be functionally used in the world of the hotel industry and tourism. For this reason, the authors of this article conducted a survey applying the qualitative and quantitative method which triggered the discussion about the application possibilities of audio chatbots for training purposes in the tourism sector
