Sažetak
In February 2017 the European Parliament adopted Resolution with recommendations to the Commission on Civil Law Rules on Robotics, in which calls on the European Commission to consider developing a legal status for electronic persons, because robot’s autonomy could cause difficulty in attributing liability for the robot’s actions. In this article the author analyses what it means to grant smart autonomous robots a legal personality and what rights (if any) should the autonomous robots have, how to register artificial intelligence, and what is artificial intelligence at all.
