Sažetak
In the presentation, I will examine the role of the intentions in the wrongful benefit principle. Robert Goodin and Avia PasternakIn the first part of my presentation, I briefly outline the analysis of two types of intentions on which our assessment of wrongful beneficiaries depends. In the second part of my presentation, I point to some practical limitations of the application on cases of historical injustice.
