Sažetak
The Statelessness Index is the first comparative online tool assessing how European countries protect stateless people and what they are doing to prevent and reduce statelessness. It serves primarily as a tool for civil society, government, researchers, and media to quickly understand which areas can be improved by states and which states’ laws and policies can be looked to as examples of good practice in addressing statelessness. Crucially, the Index offers ENS members and wider civil society an important advocacy, awareness-raising and capacity-building tool at the national and regional levels.
