Sažetak
Police Academy in Zagreb is the only Police Education and Training institution in the Republic of Croatia. It's in charge for all levels and forms of Police Education and Training. Most important Legal basis of its work are Law on Police and Regulation on Police Education. Planning of Specialized Police Training is provided in cooperation between Police Academy and MoI Human Resources Management Sector. It is provided in several steps according to the official procedure signed by the Minister of Interior. Specialized Police training is provided by courses, seminars, workshops and lectures. Training programs are developed in cooperation between Police Academy experts and experts from the operational units. Every Training program have to be approved and officially verified by the General Police Director.
