Sažetak
In this paper the author gives an account of the current state of arbitration procedure in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its development in the context of a specific political situation. Since in the republic at present, no standing arbitration tribunals within its Chamber of commerce have been nominated, and therefore arbitration practice is nonexistent, the author pays special attention to a detailed description of the currently valid national and international sources of arbitration law, i. e. de lege lata and de lege ferenda.
