Sažetak
Mechanical biological treatment is important part of mununicipal solid waste management system. Mechanical biological treatment is a waste processing facility that combines mechanical with biological treatment methods. Anaerobic digestion is most frequent used biological treatment method for organic fraction of municipal sloid waste. The products of anaerobic digestion is biogas and digestate with varying solid content. There are several kinds of anaerobic digestion technologies. Biogas yield and waste water quantity is technology dependent. Analytic Hierarchy Process was proposed for selecting anaerobic digestion technology for organic fraction of municipal solid waste treatment. In multicriteria analysis technical, economic, environment and social groups of criteria are used. The multicriteria analysis utilization is analyzed using examples from practice. The obtained results suggest that the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process is valuable method for selecting anaerobic digestion technology for organic fraction of municipal solid waste treatment.
