Sažetak
This papers deals with segments of parent-child relationships with the context of the complex phenomenon of children and youth in a socitety of risks. The presented research finding, conducted on pupils attending elementary schools in Rijeka, reveal the complexity of the problem wich is magnified by the phenomenon of the lack of control of children, as one of the forms of child negligence.
