Sažetak
The delimitation of maritime and submarine areas between states with adjacent or opposite coasts is the object of continuous research and one of the most controversial questions of the international law of the sea. The maritime boundaries between the republics of ex-Yugoslavia have never been drawn, so that they have to be identified nad specified for the first time. The importance of this matter requires timely preparation of the legal and other foundations of the delimitation 0of maritime and submarine areas.
