Sažetak
When a society is in crisis, there is an increase in commitment, for only employees that are committed to their work can provide help for their company, whether that company is having serious business problems or not. It is necessary for an organization to learn how to get educated, and the key for strategic success of a company becomes the capacity for organizational education.
