Sažetak
The authoress covered in her work the contracts on donation, support and partnership, which have not been regulated in the Law on Obligations of 1978, but were included in Croatian Law on Obligations of 2005. Despite the fact that the authoress highly values the quality of the LoO of 1978, that does not exclude certain remarks and relatively numerous examples where improvements could be made. The authoress belives that contracts that are the subject of this paper, and which are now regulated in the Croatian Law on Obligations, represent some of these improvements. The authoress elaborates these contracts in detail, opening scope for further improvements in the regulation.
