Sažetak
This paper provide san anlytical overview of the hybrid IPA-fuzzy DEMATEL model for the characterization of female leaders. The average rating for relevance is 3.91 and the average rating for performance is 4.23 as the basis for determining the importance of each criterion as „high“ or „low“, and the effect of each criterion as „good“ or „bad“. The hybrid decision model using the IPA and f-DEMATEL method has shown that they are combined and that both are suitable for solving group decision problems in a mild environment. Both methods are excellent and important for decision-makers, as they can explore any complex decision-making problem, as in this case, and the character traits of female leaders can easily be determined and ranked.
