Sažetak
When we mention the refund in the Croatian Medical law, usually think (only) on the refund of the employer to his employee who made damage to somebody, in connection with his professional work. However, the topic is far wider than that separate cases regulated by special norms, even special, very short deadlines of statutes of limitation. The Institute applies to all situations in which you pay for others (usually enforced through a court decision, a very rare non-judicial), because the legislator are favored creditors. This preference is only for creditors, but one who pays still has the right of refund part or the whole what has been paid. Although there are other possible cases, most often it is about either it is the guarantee so that the guarantor is not the "real" debtor (as he has right to require all what is paid) or it is about solidarity and the right of refund is regarding to the part which exceeds the liability of the person who originally paid.
