Sažetak
The association of LHbeta responses to TRG and IIH with IHA positivity of adenomas to Endothelin-3 in patients with nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas (NFPA) is described for the first time. Activatet adrenergic pathway by stimulation of adrenergic receptors in NFPA during IIH is aposible explanation for LHbeta increase. The biological significante of the stimulatory effect of insulin hypoglicemia on LH-subunits release in vivo aas well as the association of their release with ET-3 positiviti in vitro awaits futher studies.
