For this reason, the focus of this paper is on Traveling Motives and Preferences of Generation Y as the most numerous travelers, also known as Millennials. The main objective of the research is to identify the motivations and preferences in making travel decisions and to determine the importance of Generation Y in the formation of the tourist offer. Survey method was applied through a questionnaire related to the experience of respondents in travel, travel planning, duration of travel and sociodemographic issues.
