Sažetak
Flupirtine, an effective analgesic, but hepatotoxicity should limit its use. Flupirtine has indeed been shown in multiple studies to be an effective analgesic for acute pain. However, following this new evidence and EMA’s latest decision, it appears there may be a good reason that flupirtine should be neglected.
