We agree that the core values of freedom, human dignity, social justice, security and non- discrimination are essential characteristics for sustainable economic and social development, efficiency and the achievement of global prosperity. Social dialogue and the practice of tripartism between governments and workers 'and employers' representative organizations inside and outside the borders are essential to finding solutions, as well as building social cohesion and the rule of law.
