The Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees, 2010 Revision, International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 758 (the "URDG 758") were adopted by the ICC Executive Board at its meeting in New Delhi on 3 December 2009. They became effective on 1 July, 2010 and almost immediately gained an enviable degree of worldwide acceptance. On the eve of their 10th anniversary, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the latest revision by focusing, in an article-by-article discussion, on the key changes from the previous version.
