Sažetak
After ending the privatization process of an enterprise, there is obvious need to implement a restructuring process on the entire managing and operating process to improve the enterprise's efficiency level. The restructuring process is an unavoidable activity within each enterprise if shakeholders want to establish a successful (efficient) enterprise. In other words, the privatization process is not sufficient to build up an efficient enterprise.
