Sažetak
The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation of a sex education with a group of adults with ID. In order to check the effectiveness of the programme, assessment of their knowledge and attitudes about sexuality was carried out in the two time spots. In data analysis, descriptive statistical parameters were calculated and the Wilcoxon’s test was applied. Results showed statistically significantly improved knowledge about sexuality in participants’ after the education. Semi-structured interviews were carried out in order to obtain the insight into their expectations and impressions. Obtained qualitative data indicated a great interest and satisfaction of participants.
