Sažetak
The mathematical model was developed and on its basis a Buck topology converter of the control system of the heater of thermal evaporation of the metal in a vacuum was created and practically realized during the creation of functional coatings. Comparison with the data obtained in the real experiment, confi rmed the adequacy of the proposed model, and its subsequent use has made it possible to create high-quality functional coatings of special purpose.
