Sažetak
Many methods and methodologies have been developed for the analysis phase of the information systems development. Structured analysis and object oriented analysis are widely used representatives. Although different in approach, these methods have something in common. Their implementation results in one functional (process) model, and one data (object) model, both of which represent the &#8220 ; ; frozen&#8221 ; ; picture of organizational business technology in the moment of analyzing. Future changes in business technology are not predictable in that moment for most organizations. However, there exists a type of organizations, like some military organizations, that have more than one state of functioning. We can name these organizations as &#8220 ; ; organizations with time changeable functions&#8221 ; ; . Transitions from one state to the other can be considered as event driven organizational changes that are predictable in the moment of analyzing. In order to develop information system for supporting organizations with time changeable functions, we can choose among different approaches. Optimal approach should come from the nature of such organizations and therefore their formal description should be developed. This paper represents one possible approach toward the formal description of organizations with time changeable functions
