Sažetak
Based on the principles of molecular dynamics the imitation model of aggregation of cluster formations was developed when gradient films were formed using the Physical Vapor Deposition technology due to a change in the interaction energy rather than the total temperature. The considered phase transition from the vapor state of the molecular system to the solid is due to the transition of its elements from chaotic to regular vibrations. This model enables to predict the formation of cluster microstructures influenced by the flow of injected inert gas with known characteristics.
