Sažetak
The aim of tis study was to establish how the growth conditions influenced sphingoid bases levels. Our data showed that the most obvious effect of the growth phase on the sphingoid base production has been observed in the case of C18 phytosphingosine, whose concentration is highest in the exponential phase. Heat stress induces a shift in the levels of C18 phytosphingosine, C18 DL-erythro-sphinganine and C18 D-sphingosine..
