Sažetak
According to scientific and professional literature, the “value” of the event is determined by the numerous elements of tourist valorizations. This paper highlights the element that relates to the impact of events on the local community and through the perception of personal and social benefits of the event on the visitors. The subject of this paper is the personal and social benefits of the Karlovac Advent visitors and the level of their satisfaction. This paper aims to determine the positive correlation between the level of personal and social benefits of the Karlovac Advent visitors and their level of satisfaction. The authors conducted a desk and field research. The causal research of the Karlovac Advent visitor attitudes was conducted using a convenience sampling method on 260 visitors, in the period from December 19 to December 23, 2019. The analysis was performed using descriptive statistics for the level of personal and social benefits and satisfaction of the Karlovac Advent visitors and hypotheses were tested using the correlation method. The results of this causal research are investigating the interrelationship between personal and social benefits and satisfaction. The results of this research are of benefits to those subjects who manage the organizations of various events to recognize the role and importance of personal and social benefits of event visitors and their influence on satisfaction.
