Sažetak
Each country in the world depends on critical infrastructures, whether or not they have their own definition of critical infrastructure ; established regulatory framework ; a system that takes care of key processes ; a public- private partnership in the field of critical infrastructures and international cooperation. That's a fact. Every country, irrespective of the degree of political, economic, social, technological, normative development – possesses facilities, networks and systems that are important for its regular functioning, issues of public security of the regime and services to citizens, up to the defense function of the state. The importance of critical infrastructure grows with the industrial development of global and national communities, and dependence on the undisturbed functioning of critical infrastructure both on state territory and on the territory of other countries.
