Sažetak
Road transport of passengers can be done on city lines, suburban lines or inter-city lines. The highest level of transport is transport for touristic purposes because the profitability of the company is then the highest. Good organization of a business system in a company is important in order to have quality traffic service. The organization of a business system is based on subsystems of passenger transport technology. Subsystems of passenger transport technology are technical, technological, economic, organizational, ecological and according to sustainable development. Some relevant content elements of a subsystem are a number of vehicles, lines, organizational structure of the company, transport costs, price of a ticket, infrastructure, in other words bus stations and mechanical workshops. One of the most significant parts of the subsystem is ecology. In order for the business system to function and improve and to have quality transport service, it is necessary to control and analyse constantly. It is important to carry out optimization measure of the business system in due time. Optimization of business system represents improvement in certain segments of system operations in order to decrease costs and remove problems and increase the quality of services and raise the profile of the company. Optimization of the system will be carried out through subsystems of passenger transport technology, which are technical, technological, economic, organizational, ecological and legal subsystem.
