Sažetak
Over last five years, process automation powered with Software Robots shows enormous potential. In every industry there are some processes that can be optimized and automated somehow. Probably the most significant opportunity is in software industry, from design through development to test and implementation phases. But it does not need to be only Software industry. Marketing industry also becomes more and more automatized. Health and Pharma industries also ... Software Robots are everywhere, from TVs to smart cars. Big Data, Knowledge Mining and AI are also terms which are became familiar to anyone in last five to ten years. That is because the market recognizes enormous potential of also enormous amount of structured and unstructured data, which is rapidly growing. In every field of business or everyday life enormous amount of data is produced. All that data can become valuable only if it is somehow turned from raw material to something more valuable, something with added value. Software robots as miners could help here also. On the other hand, at some moment three years ago, something unexpectable happened. Messaging apps overtaken social networks and become the dominant platforms on smart phones. WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat, Viber together become dominant platforms over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. That potential will be used to solve one of the issues that any University College has and that is by increasing number of students will be increased impact on Student Service Office. Combining existing Internal Knowledge, Data from open sources, AI, Cognitive Services and Software Robot in a form of Student Service Support Chatbot, at least 50% of student questions could be resolved before they came to Student Service Office. Almost every student has a Facebook account which means that they almost surely have FB Messenger. What needed is just to encourage students to use it as an Interface to digitally transformed Student Service Office.
