Sažetak
In the article the main dilemmas are analysed, like: the place of housing sociology in social sciences, question of approach, methodological problems, "cast" vocabulary etc. The author concludes that housing sociology is ownerspecialised, descriptive, obsessed with quantitative methods, that it has very "closed" vocabulary etc. It goes for some other specialised fields in sociology as well. For housing sociology it is important to be included into general sociology in order to explain, understand and make it's subject scientific.
