Sažetak
Business management becomes enormously complex vocation. Dynamic environment on global market shortens a reaction time for making successful business decisions. Relationship with customers and recognized economic power of customers, nowadays is one of the most important issues for achieving a competitive position on market. To achieve success and profit, analysis of optimization models, based on Customer Order Decouple Point (CODP), enables to enterprises predictions of total costs of production, duly changes and ability for adopting. By using models and schemas of adopted essential parts of nowadays software's for managers, purpose of this work is to show the way how CODP contributes in achievement strategic goals of successful enterprise.
