Sažetak
The latest revision of the ISO 9001 standard from which is the current ISO 9001: 2015 standard derived started in 2012 with the basic aim of providing organizations with the ability to respond to the challenges of an environment that is distinctly different from the environment of the past few years. The characteristics of an environment surrounding today’s organization, being it is economical or educational, are fast changes and new trends in terms of user demand, market opening and globalization, as well as a notion of knowledge as the main resource. The aim of the paper is to present the changes that are covered by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in relation to the previous revision carried by ISO 9001: 2008, to provide a precise analysis and detailed preparation of an organization and auditor on the use of ISO 9001: 2015 standard, as well as to review an HLS structure.
