Sažetak
The Europeanization of the Croatian health system can be traced from 2000. Croatia’s EU accession on 1 July 2013 required harmonization of the regulatory framework governing the health care sector with the relevant EU legislation, including coordination of the social security systems between Croatia and the other EU Member States. The focus of reforms that were implemented between 2006 and 2013 was the financial stabilization of the health care system.
