Sažetak
The Advanced Training Course will have four blocks throughout five days. During the course participants will be informed about contemporary challenges and achievements in strategic/political, and technical aspects of cyber defense operations. However, the main focus of the NATO ATC “Toward effective cyber defense in accordance with the rules of law” will be the legal aspects of contemporary cyber defense operations and efforts. In particular, trainees will learn and will be able to produce appropriate advice to the SEE authorities on how to classify cyber conflict, identify protected persons during cyber defense operations in an armed conflict ; understand why should their defense and political authorities respect principles of International law of armed conflict (Humanitarian law) and identify and learn what steps in accordance with the rules of law should SEE countries’ authorities consider during the legal analyses in the cyber targeting process.
