Sažetak
Madelung syndrome is rare desease found predominantly in the Mediterranean sea area. It has distinctive clinical appearance.Staged surgery is the treatment of choice, which produces substantial improvement in both functional and aesthetic appearance. Recurrences usually occur when it is impossible to resect the disease completely.
