Sažetak
Effective pain relief is gold standard after surgical correction of scoliosis beceause it makes breathing easier and speeds up the recovery.The aim was to compare the influence of intrapleural and intravenous analgesia to respiratory function in patients with planned surgical correction of spinal deformation during the immediate postoperative period.
