Sažetak
The article offers a review of the Yugoslav war of dissolution with special reference to the international communityʼs peace plans. The articleʼs main aim is to examine the purpose and efficiency of international diplomacy and the role of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in new geopolitical relations caused by the fall of Communism. Answers are provided as to what caused the war, whether the war could have been avoided and what were the war aims of the belligerent sides.
