Sažetak
Nowdays situation in a field of management of business processes, as well as a strong competition, forces companies to make a large efforts in improvement their business processes. It is considered that any improvement influences on company's possibilities to compete with domestic or international competition. That is noticed by producers of ERP systems. In their software's, they first start to generate business dynamic models which are giving a contribution to optimization of business processes. In this work it has been analyzed an application of one of such dynamic models in one Croatian industrial company. It was proved that dynamic model contributes business management as it quickly notices it's problems and successfully eliminates them.
