Sažetak
In the total population, there are about 7% of children with special speech difficulties. More prominent difficulties are shown in one quarter of those children, which is about 1, 5%, and among those, the most prominent are children with problems of understanding speech. These are defined as developmental disorders in which the child's ability to understand speech is below the appropriate level for his or her mental age. The ethiology of this disorder is still unknown. The goal of this research is to determine how well defined hereditary traits, and the HLA system, distinguish children with difficulties in understanding speech from the healthy subjects. According to the acquired results of the research, the hereditary traits of the group of subjects with problems in understanding speech is differentiated from the control group of healthy subjects by the HLA system.
