Sažetak
Septimius Severus passed through Moesia and Pannonia on his return from the East to Rome in AD 202. We don't know the exact route used by the emperor, but the emperor and the imperial family definitely visited Siscia, The betrothed of Caracalla, Fulvia Plautilla, the daughter if the praetorian prefect Plautianus, was in the cavalcade. An inscription is preserved from Siscia, with a dedication to Fulvia Plautilla (CIL III 3968=10850): [Fulviae Plautillae Aug(ustae) sponsae]imperatoris Antonini Aug(usti) respubl(ica) Siscianorum. During the reign of the Flavians, major public buildings were erected. The customs services in the provinces on the territory of Illyricum were well organized by the emperor Hadrian, and Siscia was one of the stations on the publicum portorium Illyrici.
