Sažetak
The paper discusses institutional preconditions of epistemic justice, a virtue of social and political institutions that enables citizens to participate as equals in the collective process of shaping hermeneutical resources (language). It argues that fair access to education, some forms of affirmative action and similar public policies are needed to remedy the negative effects of hermeneutical epistemic injustice.
