Sažetak
Telecommunications management functions are defined more easily within the Framework of open Systems networks. The article introduces a general model used for selection of appropriate standardized basic elements of the target management system. The research of telecommunications system structure information modelling, by means of sets of managed objects and associated management activities, is presented. Finally, the application model that implememts telecommunications management functions from Fault Management area is described.
