Sažetak
The paper will analyze whether the ghosts that inhabit Hill House operate as embodiments of unresolved traumatic experiences. In line with Cathy Caruth's trauma theory, it will investigate whether these ghosts symbolize the protagonists' inability to process the traumas that happened in their childhood.
